Jessi was all over it! From the moment I called the company to set up an appointment for an estimate for artificial turf, Jessi was right there on top of things. I called on a Saturday And he was at my house the next day on Sunday providing an estimate. Less than one week later I had a fully completed new front lawn. His crew did a wonderful job. I can't express how wonderful this project was! Yair, our project manager, was communicative, honest and an extreme pleasure to do business with! The whole project from start to finish too 4 days. 4 days! Everything ran like clockwork. From demo, to hauling to completion was AMAZING! The crew were great too. Oscar, Hugo and Fernando (to name a few of many) were always on time, never sat around and worked fast with excellent quality in their work! My wife and I just purchased a house. We have a small side yard that was just dirt, or an empty canvas if you will. I contacted 360 remodeling and building and They sent a project manager out the same day. Yair was very helpful and easy to work with. I went over what my wife and I were thinking about doing with the area. We discussed some options and came up with a plan. He gave me a quote right then and there.
Although it was more than we wanted to spend we felt that this was a reputable company and Yair was very helpful. He even went over all there insurance and licensing information with me. We needed to get approval for the work from our HOA, however 360 took care of all of that for us. We gave them the HOA info and form that needed to be sent in and they handled it. It was approved by the HOA on a Thursday and they were here on Tuesday morning to get started. When I got home on Tuesday most of the work was completed and it was looking great. They came back the next day and finished the job.
Overall we are very happy with the end result. In fact it turned out better than we had imagined. Our dogs love the artificial grass that was installed, which is pet friendly thanks to Yair.

Oded the project manager was the king of this project! Met the crew and guid them every morning before they start the day .Communication , texts messages and phone calls every 2 hours , he text me picture to my cell in the end of everyday

Its tough finding the right handyman or contractor, they're either way over-priced or flakey or they never show up. I went through a couple of guys to give me estimates on a new artificial front lawn, the first guy was $11 to $14 per sqft, seemed nice on the phone, never showed up for estimate, the second guy was $7/sqft, he put me off 10 days in a row, always saying for sure he was going to show up, I put up with him because the price was right, of course, you get what you pay for, he never showed up! I contacted Erez and David at 360 Remodeling & Building, they showed up right away, showed me the different options, I decided upon their newest line which was $8.49/sqft, next day, my dead lawn was gone, the next day my new lawn was in, very very happy. Professional crew, polite and did a very clean job, highly recommend!

I worked with them recently to install artificial grass in my front yard and my experience was absolutely perfect. Shir from the company was able to take measurements and give me such a great price I signed on the spot, which rarely happens. I had quotes from others but they were able to beat the price and impressed me with how prepared Shir was. I will gladly work with Shir again.
